It's a Russian Souvenir enameled spoon from Ленинград (Leningrad).

It has a copper to bronze look to it. The shaft bends fairly easy.

Are you sure that you are not related to Uri Geller?

A pity the translation wasn't 'Faberge', you could have been quids in.
