Photobucket help please

I haven't used Photobucket in a while but all my gifs are stored there & I used to be able to 'right click' on an image then 'save to computer' but find that I am no longer able to do this. There is an option to download under the Media heading which I did - supposedly saving the images to my windows gallery - but nothing is there.

First question, how can I get the required images back onto my computer, second question, other options for online photo hosting where I CAN just right click to get them back. Thank you

This is really weird - the album I'm in that I want the images from, right click doesn't work but other albums I've tried, it does? Very strange

I don't think that Photobucket has the best support, but it may be a browser issue.

Have you tried a different browser?

If I enlarge the image on photobucket - so I see just one instead of a number of smaller ones - then right clicking gives me "save image as" among the options. I'm using Firefox.

No, I was using Firefox, will try using another browser tho'

Yes, that's the problem - the album I wanted the images from didn't give the option to save when I right clicked. I ended up having to click on the magnifying glass icon to view the original image then I got the option to save image as - a lot of work from what used to be a quick task.

I mostly use Flickr
