Referendum for Scotland

I am proud to be Scottish and in no way a sports person I even hate football with a passion, but I ask myself after watching the news and team GB and the majority of the winners are Scottish, so if we separate how will the international sports rules apply

As I said I am no expert in sport apart from I like to follow my rugby which is Edinburgh and Scotlan , which I learned to do when I lived in Wales, apart from that my only interest in sport is karate and boxing

I am interested to see what people think on this

If Scotland separates but is treated like the Isle of Man (which is also separate) then Scots like the Manx could still represent Britian. I too am a proud Scot and will be voting YES

Scotland would have its own Olympic team, just the sames as they currently have their own commonwealth, football, rugby etc.
I too am voting yes.

Why would an independent Scotland be treated like the IoM? The IoM is a British Crown Dependency, Scotland would be a separate country. As such they would represent themselves and not GB.

As the definition of Great Britain includes Scotland in its composition, once Scotland leaves then possibly GB ceases to exist.
