If you had 8 items on one invoice do you need to send a reminder 8 times X 2 and then 8 NPB notices or can you just resend the invoice for the 8 all at once twice.
I have a feeling its going to be 2 x 8 + 8 = 24 + another 8 AAL clicks to claim fees back plus 8 neg feedbacks = a lot of work for pennies.
