Seeing that Mother Earth is wreaking havoc at the moment..

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it is about learning to dance in the rain.
Fell a sleep listening to those tunes looking past those deck chairs, almost tipped my drink - need to treat myself to one of those cup stand sets

FANTASTIC! Always loved Sparks - I could never take my eyes off the weird one on the keyboard, he scared me! ....
Just listen to this ...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfA4FphZHbc
What's more, Sparks were well before their time - they had a brilliant sound, and heralded the onslaught of heavier stuff.
Earlier vids show audience not knowing what or how to cope with this style of music .... just brilliant!
TURN UP those speakers, especially bass!
Great stuff everybody!
I had such a nice productive day yesterday. This morning I got up and I sat in my rocker for a few moments with my legs crossed. This put my foot to sleep. I jumped up to attack the world and caught my toe on the carpet and tried to bend it backwards - that don't work. Next thing, I am inspecting the carpet in the hall. I just laid there a bit until the pain subsided a bit, but the damage was done. I seemed to have bruised a tendon in my foot. Can't walk on it. Arrggghhhh!. I called Gary and Liz and I am now on the couch with ice pack & ace bandage on the foot, laptop, Roku, Kindle, aspirin and water within reach and a pair of crutches and 2 canes within reach. Boy do I feel klutzy. The ace bandage is to keep the ice pack in place BTW. Thank God for friends!
I YDC, Do you?
That's a painful but amusingly told story wyocowgirl1. Your post and Wake Me Up had me grinning and tapping my foot (sorry for mentioning the joy of foot tapping )
Night peeps off to slumber land.
