    UPDATE - HTML character codes (eg. &#39) that sellers place into titles will be translated to correct character when item is listed
    Anyone got this latest update to work? It doesn't appear to do what is says on the tin. It just displays it literally.

    E.g.

    Test Listing&#39s

    rather than:

    Test Listing's

    Example: http://uk.ebid.net/for-sale/test-lis...-124573221.htm

    Thanks, I just realised that before your response came in. I should have known, I use them often enough in my own code.

    The update notification has changed the semicolon to a winking smiley though. That probably threw me - or it could be the galloping senility.

    Will try again, plus see if it hopefully works in store titles also.

    Rats! No. That's still a PITA.

    Still the same problem, except now I have the semicolon in the listing title:
    Test Listing's

    I want the euro sign in my listings

    This is the character code: & #8364;
    which gives € in the forum.

    But alas, not in the title of my listings.

    I can paste € into my listings when I edit them, but not cannot use € in a spreadsheet to upload.

    This was a new listing or edit of an old one?

    Start a new listing with ' in the tite, on the preview page it should changes to single quote in the title
