Npb process failure: Fvf option always missing

Please correct the bug, because it hurts, and the user has always the impression that eBids is continuously stealing even few cents.
By the way as for me the eBid's interface is still far from to be the optimal platform (learn from Google), being still too many not needed infos, and that produce confusion only (= no sales).

It doesn't show up on my panels either. So far the amounts have been small, and I constantly forget to send the email. I agree it is annoying.

I have found that it generally appears about 24hrs after you tick the NPB button on the ASL.

More info pls. Listing ID that's not showing the option? We aren't aware of any bug currently.

This is what I have found too. It then gets credited immediately.

I have a happy story.

Buyer from Europe bid on auction and turned to line crossed through just before auction ended - typical of NPB!

I sent an invoice anyway, and got a note back to say that Paypal was not working.

Then an offer to pay Paypal directly to my email. Euros arrived in my account within an hour and goods now on their way.

Gazza, it's been a while and I've removed all of them from my Closed Auctions, so I don't even have the ID numbers. The next time it happens I'll keep an eye on it and report it.
