percentage enmass/bulk price change ability

I would like to raise or lower my prices all at same time eg:15% across the board, unless i haveto do 3000 listings individually which is impossible,
I dont see any tool for enmass price changes by % percentage ,only individual $ prices, how about developing such a tool for sellers, it is needed.
As the AUD$ has dropped some 20% i need to raise my prices to compensate. I am surprised ebid havnt thought of this idea as near all other sites have such a function in ther tools.

You can bulk edit to add a discount of x% for x days.
