Thread: A question about Run Until Sold

  1. #1

Default A question about Run Until Sold

I've looked at Bulk Edit and can't see an option to convert 10 day listings to RUS.

    Just curious about this.

Is there another way to do this ... other than doing single edits to each listing?

I export to a file, do bulk changes in the spreadsheet, set the spreadsheet to overwrite, and reload.

Export is below the top mast in Items I am Selling.
See bulk upload for the ebid spreadsheet loader which has lots of helpful advice.

You should be able to do it with Bulk Edit.

    Create your bucket.
    Tick next to Close Auction.
    Set Run Until Sold.
    Submit bucket.

I managed to export and create a spreadsheet in Excel. I see the fields and most make sense to me.

Column S shows my flat rate shipping amounts.

    Column T shows values -
    17/18/5
    (this I don't understand)

Column U shows 10, which I assume is my number of automatic relists.

What do the values in Column T stand for? It's probably obvious to most, but not to me I'm afraid. :-)

I see the field now. I had looked and looked and couldn't find it.

    Thank you both.

Fields are explained on the first sheet of the spreadsheet (Instructions), and also here: http://uk.ebid.net/help_selling.php#18

    Thanks again, Mel.

I've just copied the bulk upload instructions into a Word doc and will give that a try.

Marie, make sure you back up you eBid listings before a bulk edit just in case. I've never had a problem, or heard of anyone having a problem, but I would hate to loose any listings. to back them up use "Export Listings" on the "Listings I'm Running" page.

Thanks. Yes, I think that I understand how to do that now. Good advice.
