IMHO your best bet, if you're a seller+, is just to list the items, as you don't pay for listing/relisting and you can leave items up as long as they take to sell without incurring additional fees, (adding a BIN price, in addition to/instead of an auction price, insures the items are uploaded to Google Shopping). You could then use the Plug Your Auctions thread to promote your unicorn items.
