Ebay has a thriving category for selling live plants. I did not see such a category or a list of what you cannot sell. I suggest this as a possible new category to give ebay some competition.

Try Home and Garden.Just remember that live plants cannot be shipped outside of the US and/or (not sure which) the State you live in.

Welcome, ZiggyinWa!! I used to live in Stanwood! WA is a lovely place, and I bet you could have some success with plants!! Read through the forums for tips and ideas. Click the help button at the top right of any page, and read the FAQ's, on the left, esp about Selling.
Gill is right about transporting plants out of the country - and perhaps between some states. You'd need to check that. I think FL and CA have some strict rules to help safeguard their fruit crops.

Thanks for the feedback. I guess that I didn't notice the Home and Garden category, so I will have to take a look there. My wife has been ebaying Russian African Violets for 3-4 years, so we are familiar with the shipping. Thanks again.
Hope you have a fantastic year selling your plants.
