Whilst I am not suggesting you do this........
The following is what I would do if I managed to acquire a lot of Ladies wigs to sell.
Firstly, unless they were branded wigs I wouldn't market them to Ladies, because I don't think there would be strong enough keywords without a brand association.
So a better target market would be men. Stronger keywords can be used for the transgender market and social media could really work for that target group.
Transgendered will find wigs marked as Ladies wigs, what is very important who ever your customer is, is to quote the wig size in the listing.
Mens heads are generally much larger than Women.
Wig sizes are based on three measurements: the circumference of the head, the length front to back, and the width side to side. Wig sizes are primarily based on the circumference measurement and run from petite sizes to extra large sizes
What stronger keywords do you suggest, I think you maybe onto something.
Hi, thank you for your input, will try and amend the listings but I find measuring them quite difficult on average they measure 21" around at rest. The head base they fit is 21" around the top. Once again many thanks.
at 21" they would be medium to large and would fit most TGs
