Selling-Dropdown Menu to Select Sub-Cat NOT Working

Frustrated!! Trying to set up some new listings this morning but the drop-down menu to select the subcat is NOT working. I I tried several main cats as a test and they are ALL not working; i.e., you can't scroll down within the drop-down menu to get anywhere................FEED THE HAMSTERS, PLEASE!

As you can see, there is no "arrow" allowing you go continue down the list of sub-cats! This is happening on all main cats drop-downs...HELP!

Same here, using Windows 7/Google Chrome, but the dropdowns are screwed up. Tried re-loading, "testing" other main cats, all the same....AAAAAAck!!

Google Chrome has been somewhat iffy lately so I have reverted back to Firefox
as my main browser for now.
Try FF Mary and see if you get more joy.

NONE of the drop-down menus on the eBid website are working for me. Other websites? No problem, so it is NOT a Google Chrome problem....I have been trying to re-list and list for 2 days and can't....can someone in admin PLEASE address this problem I'm having?

The drop-downs work inasmuch as they "unfold", but the instant you put your cursor on the little arrow to scroll down to the sub-cat you need the drop-down closes up.............

THIS IS CRAZY!!! HELP, PLEASE!

Try using a different browser, just because Chrome works on other sites doesn't mean it cant have issuse with eBids site.

I have been having issues using chrome browser with the forums here on ebid since chromes last update but firefox browser work fine on ebids forums.

So by trying another browser will let eBid know for sure that it is a problem with their site or not, the more info you can provide them the better it will be for them to help fix it if there is a problem.

Thanks..one thing does come to mind...3 days ago I updated to Windows 11 browser...think that might be the prob???????
