Happy Monday everyone! Psyched about the holidaze, also the Panthers doing well this season for the first time in a while, yay! Probably shouldn't say anything as I don't want to jinx them but I can't help it, as an avid football fan and Panthers fan I'm quite pleased.

Started on black cohosh/soy supplement today, have my fingers crossed it helps the rosacea, otherwise it's off to the gyno. for a check as I'm convinced the rosacea is a symptom of a hormonal imbalance, (couldn't find any medical info. to back me up, but my cystic acne in years past was definitely hormonal as spiro., a testosterone blocker, helped clear it completely). Hope the supplement does the same for rosacea...
