I'm so tired with internet shopping and Christmas card writing I could nod off right now.

I quite like port - and sherry, and whisky, and gin, rum, vodka, wine, liqueurs .... well, anything with an ounce or alcohol that comes my way is always welcome.

Trish, sounds like you're super busy, do take some time to relax even if it means stuff gets tossed by the wayside, (once I started doing this it's amazing how much better I felt, though admittedly I'm a lazy sort, so it didn't take a lot of persuasion). My Mom is even more motivated than I am these days, finished her Xmas letter to send off to family and friends; amazingly enough I don't sound nearly as bad as I am in person, she's some writer my Mom is.

Hello!
Hope everyone is feeling ok - how's the teeth/mouth situation Al?
Had a good meaty bite/chew on anything recently? lol!!!

It's helluva windy again, and I do believe that we are in for some more adverse weather - a storm predicted for end of next week if Craig's post is correct.
You will not believe this but I have roses blooming, I'll take a pic tomorrow and post it.

I had a great Chinese meal tonight - a first for me as I'm usually a bit of a stick in the mud, and keep to the few meals that I know that I like. Crispy battered king prawns with the most delicious savoury sauce I have ever had - crispy seaweed, prawn crackers and sesame toast. Very delicious, top marks from me!
As it's late here, I will say goodnight to y'all ....
I'm off to my pit now.
