Absolutely brilliant...
I had a Great Dane that started peing on the carpet, I replaced the carpet with laminate flooring.
Cured? No, his pee became invisible on the new flooring resulting in wet socks and Laurel and Hardy arm waving trying to keep my balance.

P.S. he also used to lick the cats ar5e !

LOL at the left shoe eating dog - my brother's chocolate labrador isn't as fussy - any shoe or slipper, socks, cushions, even had a go at the coffee table!

My staffy is a compleat nut job chews everything rips open mail and parcels sleeps and sits like a human and will only walk on collar for me but has to go on harness for any1 else
