Npb's, is there a way to blackball them? Or cancel the transaction?

I have noted that most, if not all my NPB"s, are first time buyers xxxxxx (0) and are from India, and bidding on the same type of items. Is there a way to black list all buyers from India on my sales? I'm getting tired of the game that they are playing, to much work, re-listing and filing NPB reports, going after FVF, and feedback.

Can I, as a seller, cancel a buyer's bid before the end of an auction? if so, can the canceled buyer leave feedback?

If you untick the 'ship to India' that should do the trick.

Sorry you had this experience. Definitely use the link above to cancel the sale and add the NPB to your BB list (under My eBid-My Options-My Blackball). As Meebo said, you can also block buyers from certain countries/regions from buying your items by deselecting the country/region in the ship to area; if they can't see your items they won't be able to bid on or buy them.
