Buyers not paying for postage

I'm not sure if this a glitch or something I have set up wrong on my listings.
I have had 2 orders in last few days for the same item (Item : Large Hanging Rainbow Crystal 40mm Sphere Ball Suncatcher Feng Shui Item ID: 103285651). Both buyers paid immediately via Paypal but have not added the postage cost.

The listing looks OK to me, but I don't want to contact the buyers about underpayment if it is my fault. Doesn't the postage get added automatically when the buyer goes to pay?

Any clues?

It looks OK to me. Shows postage to Canada as "Ship to Canada = £4.50 (C$7.49)"

Shouldn't happen.

Seems like a question to Ebid support about what is going wrong.

Thank you so much. I've amended now. Strange I didn't have that Paypal preference ticked, but never had any problem with orders from any of my websites.

Now, I just have to hope the 2 buyers will pay additional invoice.

Strangely, my Paypal a/c I can navigate to my selling prefs page, but there's no options about postage calculations. So I guess it depends on the kind of account one has? However, I've not experienced that problem of people not paying postage, so I guess I need not worry.
