Welcome to eBid and sorry you are having an issue. Might try the email address without spaces ... support@eBid.net
Good Luck!
Exporting listings for use in NL isn't working. All I can see is one digit where the description should be - see pic below.

As per the previous post I have v1:08 of NL so the problem still stands.

Sorry, it was a new spreadsheet that was released and not NL.
Maybe the current NL is not compatible with exported listings that have had the Returns and Dispatch fields added. Though, really, new versions of NL and the spreadsheet should be released at the same time that any site update alters the listing structure.
Not sure if this will help you Gill, but gazza posted this in the eBid news section yesterday.
Re: Site Downtime & Problem NotificationsAnyone who downloaded the eBid Spreadsheet within the last 24hrs (v20130928) should download the new version (v20130930) with corrected column layouts.
Old versions of the spreadsheet (pre v20130928 without the Dispatch Time and Return Policy columns) will still work but users should start to use the 2 new fields as soon as possible.
Thank you for the reply Ray but the eBid Spreadsheet isn't anything to do with Ninja Lister - they are 2 separate listing forms.
Hopefully Gazza, Mark and the team are working on a new version of NL as I type.
