Still confused about templates. Please help ...

Can someone tell me simply how to put templates into "my defaults". I do not know how to use HTML and have a foggy brain!

Go to:
My defaults
Scroll down to Section One
In the 'Listing Title & Condition' box enter a name for the template. e:g Template 1
Scroll down to Listing Description and click 'Source' on left of screen. Click in the large box and 'Paste' the HTML you have for the template. Click Source again. You should now see your template design.
Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Save Auction Defaults.
You will now be able to edit and add to the template should you wish to do so.
