Default Listing multiples of the same item

I am new to Ebid (coming over from ebay) and having a craft room clear out. I have approx. 300 12x12 assorted scrapbook papers to sell. I have put them together in lots of 60, 70 or 80. The 80 sheets also come in a plastic storage box. My question is this - do I list them separately or as one item with mutiples available?. Any advice appreciated.

I would list as, for example, one lot of 60 assorted sheets, one lot of 70 assorted sheets, etc.....with the 80 indicating the storage box,in addition. This makes it clear to the buyer what they are buying, and you don't have to trust that they will tell you which they want.....less confusion is always a good thing. Glad you are here!!

Hi, thanks for your reply. Sorry, I didn't make myself very clear (story of my life doh), along with the 60, 70 sheet lots I have three lots of 80 sheets in storage boxes. Should I list these as one item x 3, even though no two boxes have the same sheets in.

If the content is different you should list them as individual auctions - but make it very clear in the title that each one is different.
    For example:
    60 Random sheets Lot 1
    60 Random sheets Lot 2
    and so on.

In that case, list the sets of 80 sheets as two lots. One listing will be 80 mixed sheets in storage box (make the title longer and more interesting....acid free paper, name brands, etc). Second listing will be for multiiple items....80 assorted sheets in storage box. (Make sure your titles are always different, because duplicate listings are automatically deleted, and that is based solely on the listing title.) When you start the second listing, pick the choice of multiple items. ie: when it asks how many, put in 2. Then, continue listing as usual. When the listing is online, the buyer can choose to select one or two of those identical boxes, and you have only had to make one listing. Since the papers are different, I assume you will put a pic or two of some of the papers to give people an idea, so they can choose which selection most suits their needs. Good luck! Sounds lovely!
