Upgrade problem - Can anyone help, please?

Hi there, I'm new to eBid and have just been a Buyer for a few weeks. I upgraded to Seller+ today, using the 7 day option initially, so that I can try out selling a few items before buying a longer term. I went through the process of paying via credit card, but when I log in I'm still classed as Buyer. Can anyone advise? Many thanks in advance. Best wishes Deborah
