No buddy points

I'm getting loads of people to sign up to eBid, and to purchase my items.

They are not using my buddy link but I know they have followed a link I sent them to an auction.

Can something be done about this?

If you send them a link and you have your Buddy Link in your listing then why not ask them to use your link when joining, or send it out with the listing link and ask them to join using your link.

Too much hassle for the buyer.

Unless a buyer uses a specific user name as where they found eBid, I think the seller of the first item they sign up to buy gets a buddy point.

I am 100% sure that a buyer that joined eBid last night to buy an item from me followed my route to get here which was

messaged through *another site* > Told buyer that I am not willing to add a fixed price on the *another site* but if they google the exact title, they will find the other place where it is for sale (for less), they did this, signed up to ebid, made me an offer at a previously agreed price, I accepted, awaiting collection later today.

I know that is the way it is at t he moment, hence why I'm suggesting that something be changed so that we are awarded for getting people here (in addition to the reward of a sale on here)
