I have just tried to log on to pinterest and I got this



I pin 5 a day and repin them to the relevant boards.

I never received any notification from Pinterest that I was doing anything wrong.

From that screen or any other that I have looked at, I can find no way to contact them to find what the problem is.

Anybody else had problems?

could it be that you pin exactly the same thing on each board and they are regarding it as spamming.
The had a go at me a bit back for following too many people ( I thought that was the idea )

I have just had a message back, that was quite quick, won't bore you with complete message, but this paragraph, the part I have highlighted in red made me smile.

If I did not want to know what had happened, why would I email them in the first place?

Well what do they want you to do, they don't seem too bothered if you are there or not.
So they didn't bother to say why..............sorry i am a bit befuddled with this as i am sure you are too.

I pin 5 a day and repin them to the relevant boards.

Think that says it all, unfortunately. I pin everything to my personal eBid board and then pin 5 to one eBid board, another 5 to another board, etc. so that the same ones don't appear in quick succession.

I try to pin different items to each board That i have in use at the moment, but must admit I got a bit bored seeing the same stuff on every board every day so i stopped even looking. don't get me wrong it is up to whoever is pinning to do what they want, but I think the way you were pinning could have been regarded as spamming and some nice person could of reported it. it didn't bother me but you know what some folk are like.

I have had a reply, and yes I had been reported for spamming, and they have unsuspended my account.

I was doing what I thought it was all about, but I obviously got it wrong after all we all make mistakes there are some really petty minded people out there.

Then again I will not be spamming YOU again has for the time being I have decided that I will not use Pinterest, after checking my stats for the last 6 weeks only 7 visits came from there and not one of them resulted in in sale. So it is not working for me, and is not worth putting any effort into it.

So you petty minded people can now go to your beds in peace knowing that I will not be pinning anything else.
