Incorrect Postage shown on sale of goods

Hi

I was gladdened to receive a sale in my Ebid shop today. I however discovered that the postage cost given to my American client by the Ebid system was a UK tariff. I have checked my advert and can confirm that I had stipulated the rates correctly in my listing. £1 for UK (RM Recorded Delivery) and £8 for International (Recorded Delivery). The client has paid fully via paypal for the item with the UK postage. He needs to pay a further £7 for the postage.

My question is, why did the the Ebid system provide the incorrect postage and has it happened before to anyone? is there something I may have done incorrectly on my listing.

Without a listing id it is hard to tell. I would lean more towards a PayPal issue without indication otherwise.

Thank you so much for the link. I have checked my setting on paypal and it is already as instructed on the link provided.

The Auction ID is 112669546.

Hope someone can throw some more light.
