The mistake was in an email statement, nowhere does it state the money actually was in his PayPal account, when he looked at his account there was nothing there. Itcertainly did not go into his own bank account so PayPal didn't touch his bank account.

I don't think paypoo have that much (Theres not that much trade in the whole world...), although all those 20p fees they keep after you refund a buyer must add up.... Besides there would be stringent checks for large amounts.

Its was just an error in the email.
