Receiving my items

Hi all,I'm not thick (honest)i just don't know the ways of this auction site I have just won and paid for items that i had bid on,but what i don't know is how and when do i know that it has been dispatched and expected day of delivery,i think i got to used to ebays way(i am no longer with them)

Hi and welcome to eBid.

Every seller has different ways of doing business, as on eBay or any other online auction site. Most sellers will let you know (via the AAL or via personal e mail) when your payment has been received and your item is shipped. If you don't hear anything within a reasonable time frame and/or you're concerned, you can always contact the seller via the AAL or the seller's e mail address, (given at the bottom of the closed auction page).

You have a couple of options. If you click on "My eBid" tab, there should be an auctions I've won tab. There you should see your item and an after the sale log. The seller will post there when they ship. Other option is to click on the item you won ... scroll to the bottom to find the seller's info and contact them directly with your questions.
