Issues with Bulk Edit - Moving between store categories

We've noticed over the last few weeks that, when using the Bulk Edit tool to move items from one Store Category to another, the items are moved to the new location within the normal 10 minute timescale - but the items remain in the old location for a considerable time afterwards - often for up to 24 hours.

This is potentially confusing for our customers. As a comic book retailer, we use three store categories to list new releases (i.e 'This Week's Comics' and 'Last Week's Comics'). It is somewhat frustrating to find that, having moved listings to the 'last week' category they still appear in the 'this week' category along with the new listings.

Has anyone else experienced this? It never used to happen.

Would appreciate it if the powers that be could look into it.
