I have a training plan I downloaded from shine
Starts Monday with16 weeks to go
Monday 1hr 5 mins easy walk (3 miles)
Tuesday Rest Day
Wednesday 1hr 15mins at a steady pace(4 miles)
Thursday Rest Day
Friday Yoga/light weights etc,
Saturday Rest Day
Sunday 1hr 35mins steady Pace (5 miles
