have a question from a buyer in respect of a live auction from the peson who has bid,

although i have tried responding the question still remains and the answer is not appearing

anyone else having such issues before I report to the powers that be?

Not a problem I've come across - have you tried from the Q&A tab in my ebid?

I know it's probably not the case, but are you clicking the "I understand the Q&A policy" box if it shows

If you still get the issue, send an email to support@ebid.net, tell them the item number, what your OS is, and maybe ask them to post your answer to the listing.

It's a bank holiday though but you should get an automated reply today followed by a human reply tomorrow I would guess

You could also send mamba a private message through the forums, they should get an email they have a private message and what the message is in the email
