Ebid Store Changes??

Sorry to bother all you wonderful peeps.. Newbie here and I have just joined the wonderful eBid... the only thing is.. I have a store.. but can't see it..??

Also when I up date it to be online.. I still can't find it? When I come back it is has reverted back to offline?

Please any help would be much appreciated as I want to open another but have to get one right first!

I can see one item in your store.
At least 1 item needs to be in your store to keep it online.

The store will automatically go offline after about 1 hour if nothing is listed in it.

I see 1 item in your store, it takes a little while for the stores to fully update.

Hi I can see that you have 4 listings but only one of them is showing in your Store. Did you select your Store and Category for all of your items on the listing forms? (it appears not).

I have just come on to check them and see that they have been removed... is this why... we try to keep the cost down for people also it is a quicker way to serve our customers and not have to wait for the cd as downloadable is the way of the future!

MMmm.... Any suggestions please... either that or I will have to put the price up and send cd's out, or give an option?

Would an option be good or would I be refused then?

It says on the rules that they have sent me.. emailable product.. but I don't email it to them.. it is downloadable.. there is a difference isn't there?

I never realised that you were not allowed to not do downloadable..as it says you can transfer your sales from ebay!!.. one darn thing I didn't read before sending my money to ebid!

I would think that if you gave an option to have a CD posted then that might be acceptable.

I would email support@ebid.net and check. Support are very good here, you will get a ticket number first then a reply from a human being soon after.

Thank you all for your help... I did get in touch with support earlier via the contact us earlier on today and not heard anything back.

While sat waiting I have been looking at the software section and noticed that there are three that seem a little odd if I am not allowed to have mine so I will bring these up to see if I can see if they can justify why mine isn't allowed.

One actually states it is a download and is allowed... that to me seems a little odd!!

I will email them direct.. ie customer support and not go via the contact page and see if they can help.

If you see something that you think is breaking the rules, you can if you wish report the listing, there is a button on every listing to report it.
