Yes, I had something similar a while ago ( see http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...Payment-Glitch) It didn't take account of the invoice where I had adjusted the postage, it didn't update the items as paid and I didn't get the emails from eBid saying it was paid though I did get the PayPal email. Sounds like a very occasionally glitch.

Same here, too! A week ago I had a buyer who paid immediately via PayPal and it somehow got caught in a "loop" between PayPal and eBid. After many phone calls with PayPal and emails with support, I was instructed to request the buyer pay again and if for some reason the original payment went through to reassure the buyer that the entire amount would be refunded....worked.....whew! I was sweating bullets on this one...almost 50 bucks!

On My Ebid - My personel details make sure that your paypal username (usually your email address) is in the box provided for it.

Then on your listings in the payments section tick the paypal option, thats it. Tou should see on your listing then the paypal badge.

When done with my listing I put in my Pay Pal information for buyers. I want upcoming/new fees due eBid to come from my Pay Pal acct not my visa. How do I make sure they know that? Please include any applicable links for me and future newbies. Thank You
When the invoice comes each month, you can just pay via paypal. Haven't found the auto pay option yet.

I am not aware that if you upgrade using a card you can then make PayPal the default payment method - BICBW.

I have never actually seen the PayPal button referred to in the help text - but then I have never looked for it, I just let it go from the card.

eBid probably get more money from card payments - unless they have a special arrangement with PayPal on fees. So you could be benefiting the site (and thereby yourself) by paying via a card.
