Is there an order in the chaos?

I'm trying to learn how to use NL by watching the videos, but I could use some guidance on what order is the most useful to watch them.

I started off with "How to install Ninja Lister"

Next was "How to use Ninja Lister part 1 settings and add set"

Which one next? I do not have any auctions to upload, btw.

Hum.....I don't know if you can use ninja lister for creating new listings......I think it's used to import listings from other sites, or doing bulk edits on existing listings.

I'm sure someone will be along with more info. Glad you found the videos. The FAQ's on listing might be helpful for you also. Good luck

I started doing my listings in Ninja, so had to figure it out, then nice Mrs Penguin explained about list similar.

By the way you can also use Ninja to test your templates

Do I need an SKU for example, and do I need to do anything to attract Google searches?

I sell some unique things, but also standard jewellery items, if that helps?

How to add an auction into Ninja Lister it is about 4 from the bottom on the right.

You do not need a SKU that is up to you, If you want one make it up, it will appear under the photo if you have a gallery listing.

If you include buy it now, and include a make and model your item will appear on Google Shopping.

As sherlock said you don't need a SKU..... but depending on how many items you intend to list or where you store it a SKU comes in handy...

you could have something like 2bc3s as a SKU which translates as 2nd bookshelf 3 shelf or anything else you want to put in there.... I tend to add the month/year (04/13) into my SKU's so I know when I have listed an item

Ah ..... Silver chains don't have a "make" as it were. So that puts most of my stock out of the running, I suppose?

I don't sell stuff like "Pandora".
