Well got my stuff done just in time. Some folks from work took me out for lunch. Wouldn't you know it we went to the restaurant close to our office that has an off track betting facility in it.
I'm about done with work today, couple beers at lunch did the trick!

Well, I got an email today from Lucia, she arrived in Florida yesterday for a vacation with her BF and his parents.
Here is an excerpt from her email

"Got to Orlando at 5:30pm ish, Vince and Jenny were there to collect us (in their red, shiny convertible, but we had to wait 40 mins for our luggage, as our flight was delayed!

Got outside and instantly felt the heat...it was around 29c, and I felt this overwhelming emotion, coming back here after so long...it felt like I was coming home in a way (I don't think I want to leave)... Everything is beautiful, the people, the weather, the layout... I feel nostalgic, like I should still be here."

I could cry, I so loved living in Florida. ....... sigh
