I asked at my local Post Office and they gave me one. I don't think they were meant to but they had been given a supply of cardboard templates as well as the plastic ones, so they were only too happy to give me a cardboard one.

Having failed to obtain a hard copy of the new postal rates at my local post office I made a special journey into town last Saturday to get one from the main PO. I went in and asked a couple of people who were in uniform and quite blatantly no doing anything for a list and was told "sorry we don't have anything to do with postal services, you will have to ask at the counter. My thought was well if you are not working for the post office what are you doing there wearing their uniform?

Anyway I walked over towards the counter to find a large number of people gathered around waiting for their number to come up on the screen to be served, decided I had had enough so walked out. At one time they had a long wall unit that provided anything you might want to know about the services they provided, now it is just filled with cabinets selling overpriced cr*P.

To make it worse they did not even have a poster on the wall telling people what the new charges are..

Pay back time-one of the lazies decided she might do some work - walking to shut the door I had left open (she thought it was cold).

With customer service like that is it any surprise that the PO's are shutting and RM losing money?
