Accept the compliments Chloe. It's an amazing weight loss. I managed to put 4 lbs on over Xmas. Ok, call it 2 kilo's as it sounds less. This year I am definitely going to try harder..... I think I said that at the beginning of 2004 too. You're looking good. Good for you.... even if we haven't got the clappy hands smiley any more.

I am in shape...........round is a shape.... I love that! I'm shaped more like my dragon at the moment. She couldn't take off in a gale, and neither could I.

I've lost 2 stone so far but its hard going, this lymphodeoma means I keep blowing up like Michelin man, still waiting for my doc to accept its highly likely I have a Thyroid problem.
