Item removed due to duplicate rules..

Hi I just had an item removed: item no.98173670
A Playboy belt that like the others I've listed is different in size, colour, materials.. too many variations to list as just one listing.. So I dont understand why just this item has been removed? Can i relist it with out it being removed again or do I get my listing fees back??
Ive got different Playboy & Playboy icons belts I want to list, all very different from one another so I thought it would be better to list them separately.. After all I am willing to pay the individual list fees but I dont want them to be deleted after I've spent the time listing them.

Don't know about the listing fees. Check with support@ebid.net. My experience is that they are quite responsive and helpful.

As for the duplicate listing, even though you listed in different size, etc were these differences displayed in the title?

What I mean, for example, if selling a belt in size m & l. Was the title of both belt and just changed size within the body of the listing or was title of one large belt and the other medium belt? If title is the same on both listings then one will be deleted as a duplicate.

In addition, the title must not only be different, but it would help if the difference was toward the start of the title.
So, for example:

Mickey mouse belt in red leather with black stripes and silver buckle. Medium.
Mickey mouse belt in red leather with black stripes and silver buckle. Large.

would be better as:

Large size. Mickey mouse belt in red leather with black stripes and silver buckle.
Medium. Mickey mouse belt in red leather with black stripes and silver buckle.

This prevents people reporting listings as duplicates simply because the title is truncated by the display width of their monitor.

I have problems at times listing socks. I have 10+ men's CK socks and have had to juggle the wording, but have still managed to get duplicates at time.

You should not have a problem if there is a difference in the title, so Small, Medium, Large with the rest the same. If they have a different icon or colour you should not have a problem. If you had 2 different 'Mickey Mouse' you can list as 'Black Leather Belt With Mickey Mouse Icon Medium #1' and 'Black Leather Belt With Mickey Mouse Icon Medium #2' without a problem.

For the one removed just make sure that there is a difference with any others you have listed and if there is change something before listing.

Thank you, I didnt think about changing the title of each belt.. I can see how that could be seen as duplicated items.. I will change the titles and hopefully this will help.. :-)
