all serious sellers have facebook accounts, even if not personal then one for their business....any sellers that dont are basicly denying thereselves sales.
Like it or not, we live in a world where social media domonates the lives of many people. Hense the reason almost every successful business rates social media high up on there priorities.
Using facebook to promote your ebid stores and listings should be part of every sellers to do list.
I am currently writing a guide on this and will post when ready.
I managed many large sites ( some with over a million users ) and without social media the sites would never have taken off. It doesnt matter how big your site or shop is, or does it matter if you have 1-2 listings here or 50,000.... use facebook correctly and you can expect a huge increase in sales.
We focus too much on google shopping, and while i agree it is a great tool, and should be promoted, I feel many of you are missing out big time on facebook.
i have a personal facebook account and others for my businesses. keep both seperate then you can target sales and traffic to your ebid listings and stores.
I will let you know when my guide is finished and I hope it helps many of you.
