I Was Just Thinking About This Today

For those of you who used to sell on #bay WAY back in the early days...remember that nifty little popup that would appear in the lower right of our screens whenever we as sellers had a bid or sale of an item? It would popup just for 1-2 seconds and then go away. I found that little gadget so helpful, especially when I was off and running around internet land during the day.

I see that Gmail has one of them to tell us when a new email has arrived...pops up...pops down...well, anyways, I was just thinking that it just might be a good idea for eBid to incorporate. Shouldn't be that hard to do would it???

windows 8 still does that for ebay. yes it would be great on here

I just feel that eBid is getting poised to become a real contender and it would really help sellers (buyers, too) if we had this little gadget...WHAT SAY YOU, GAZZA??

yes windows 8 does this it was called ebay monitor I had it years ago but saying that I only buy on feebay these days I have not sold on there in over 3 years now I like ebid many sells to all

I agree...in theory. With that said, I still think it's a good idea as the bulk of the sellers coming to eBid are from #bay and would feel 'familiar' with us having that gadget. Geez, GMAIL has it, too...does that make them a copycat?
