Invoice glitch on multiple purchases and postage discount
i have a buyer who made 13 BIN purchases last night.
Doing the invoice this morning with a postage discount, all totals were correct on my screen, [purchase total = £13.72 Shipping total £20.55 less discount £16.80 = £17.47] so hit send.
BUT when I received my email copy, purchase total was correct, but postage discount and postage payable figures were incorrect.
[purchase total = £13.72 Shipping total £18.90 less discount £16.80 Total = £15.82]
I tried this twice and the same thing happened, so have sent my customer an email invoice and hope she understands.
This has happened odd times before and is very frustrating so hoping you can get this fixed soonest.
