Adding international postage to listings that already have bids

I want to add international postage costs to a current listing in the YDC as I forgot to add them when listing

But I find as the item already has bids, I'm blocked from adding the details - why is this?

I don't add the overseas rates in Ninja Lister as it doesn't work properly when uploaded, I find, so I add when the listing is live.

So can someone at eBid Towers look at this and add to their "To Do" list, as it wouldn't hurt anyone to be able to add extra postage rates to a listing that already has bids.
