Auction Title Low-High Sort glitch

I use the Auction Title Sorts to ensure I do not duplicate any listings

There seems to be a glitch there today.

I was in MG Stamp Shop - Thematics - Animals and Birds

Used the Auction Title Low to High sort and got the following results in part of the sort

Romania 1977 Protected Animals
Romania 1989 Timisoara Nature
Romania 1977 Protected Animals Bison
Romania 1989 Timisoara Nature Philatelic
Romania 1996 Atlantic
Romania 1977 Protect Animals Coypu

As you can see the items are not in order

At one point one of the items appeared on page 1 and on page 2 (because they were in the wrong order) so I thought I had accidently duplicated a listing. While I was checking to see that the two items were duplicates the first item disappeared and reappeared in the correct place order and was not duplicated.
I very nearly deleted an item unnecessarily!
I have not had this problem before.

Just gone in again to check

The Romania section seems to back in order except for the last two items

Romania 1989 Timisoara
Romania 1996 Atlantic
then we have
Romania 1977 Protected Animasl Coypu
Romania 1977 Protected Animals Squirrel

I think I have worked it out.

The search is not taking into account all the letters available in the title.
The last two items, which are in the wrong place, have similar wording to the items in the correct listing order.

I have the same type of issue when sort by sku. It always seems to throw a handful of items out of the sequence.

The glitch is still there

It lists New Zealand with the correct year dates and then at the end there is:-
New Zealand 1963 which comes after New Zealand 2006 ???? Very strange!!!!

Are you sorting in "auctions I'm running" ... title sort is working fine for me ... sku sort, still not quite right

I am sorting within the category with in my store.

It is still not working this morning - I have year date 2006 between two items with year date 2007

New Zealand 2007 Children
New Zealand 2006 Summer
New Zaeland 2007 Diamond

Glitch is still there. I am sorting Auction Title low to high in Australia - used stamps - and they are all mixed up
