    Hi and welcome to eBid.

Your photo on the About Me page looks good, very professional, however you will need to edit the contact details part. Is there any way you could upload the pic without the contact details, maybe just the store name? It would be OK like that. Otherwise you could use a different photo as HM suggested.

Per listings, you can add listed items to stores by editing and using the drop downs at the top of the listing, making sure to save your work when you've finished. Agree with HM, it might be a good idea to have a read through the Help section (check out the videos on setting up stores) and Astral's FAQs page. Contact info. (as phone number, address, links to external ecommerce websites, etc.) isn't allowed in listings or on the About Me page per eBid rules. Astral's FAQs page is here:

    http://www.mootango.webspace.virginmedia.com/ebidkb.htm

You also might want to have a look around the stores area, particularly the Health & Beauty section, (which is where I assume your store would be situated as you sell medical equipments), it might give you some ideas about setting up your store, particularly in the categories and subcategories departments.

Any further questions just ask and we'll try to assist.

You might want to check out this part of the Help section on opening stores:

Best wishes for many sales to all,

I didn't realise I had links to Ebay in my listing. Where do I find the links and how do I disable them??
Thanks for your help and sorry for all the questions!!
In My eBid>Auctions I'm Running (or Auctions I Ran if you've closed them)Click the export listings tab (top left) Save to your computer then open with Notepad.Use the find & replace function & leave the replace box blank. You'll probably have to do it a few times for each particular link.

Well, I finally got the first 30 items listed on eBid! I want to thank the forum folks as I learned a lot from reading the posts, comparing ideas, and especially from HerMajesty and the links she provided. Any suggestions on my store, or anything else I have here is greatly appreciated!

    Thank You All !

Cheryl - your dog pic is adorable!!

Your fun fishtank listing seems to split in the middle..........or a green line which has see the rest of your listings, cuts across some of the other wording.....
not sure what you need to do.

Good luck!! Glad you are up and running!

Thanks for the help. I did have to re-enter the information on the aquarium and delete the picture in the main body just to get the green line down to the bottom. Cannot seem to get it out completely but at least it isn't over something. Bowing to HerMajesty

If you have upgraded to SELLER+ you can open up to 5 eBid Stores straight away for no extra monthly fees. More eBid Stores can be opened at a cost of 1.99 per eBid Store per month.

SELLER accounts can open eBid Stores at a cost of 1.99 per eBid Store per month.

Go to "My eBid" > "My eBid Stores", upload a logo, add a store title, create your categories and colours and set your store to "Online" and you are set. Upload auctions the same way you would normally and you will see an extra drop down menu allowing you to choose the category which the auction will be allocated to in your store.
All auctions in eBid Stores are shown as normal within our search result and category/subcategory browse pages.
To add a lot of auctions to your eBid Store quickly simply download our spreadsheet from the My Bulk Upload section of My eBid and populate the eBid Store Category column. See question 18 also.
You can open subsequent stores for a minimal monthly fee of $1.99. If you set your subsequent stores to "Offline" you will not be rebilled at the end of the current month.
