Print Packing Slip Option query

I had a buyer pay straight away for an item. In the past I would have to send out an invoice to the buyer in order to get a neat name and address sheet of paper to put in with the bought item.

I was delighted to see that this time there was a print packing slip option so I would not need to send the buyer an invoice after they had paid.

I clicked on the option and the item description was brought up in full. The printer option then came up which I cancelled as I didn't want to print everything out, but then on the next screen the name and address came up and I could print out the invoice (packing slip).

Can anyone tell me whether this is their experience or whether it is local to my computer or whether the print packing slip option has a glitch?

Same here, I've never used the option.
I just tried to print an address using it.
and the whole sellers page came up.

Hit the triangle bottom left and ask support to move your query to the "Website Glitches" forum.

ive used this option

if i go to items ive sold use the AAL drop down for the listing in question hit print packing slip option it takes me to the listing and nothing else happens

if you go back to items ive sold click on the listing in question then use the drop down menu on the listing and hit print packing slip option it will do so give it a second or two to work

If you have "Pop Up's" blocked, as I have.
Try hitting the "CTRL" tab at the same time as you hit the "Print Packing Slip" tag.
This should work.
