Better seller's contact form

This thread is mainly as suggestion to eBid...
I would suggest, if it's possible, the contact form to the users to be better please...
I am going to explain wht i mean...
Well, i am planning to offer for sale lots of personalised gifts, and i need in some way the buyer to have options to send the information for personalisation in better way.... Currently the buyer can send any written information...That's fine...
I was wondering is it possible in the form for contact the seller to be included a field where can be uploaded or linked pictures please.
Otherwise i need to give my personal email to receive the files,but in that case I am not sure eBid policy is ok with that, and in another hand,recently there is lots of fraud email and my personal email might be used inappropriate, even might lead to wrong order...

When you've made a sale the buyer will have your email address & vice versa.You could add in your description area that the personalisation details can be notified after the sale.
That's presuming you have a standard price for those details.

What Blue said. You might want to add info. about personalization after the sale to your description if you haven't already done so. Then when the sale is made you can e mail the buyer and vice versa and exchange picture information. It's perfectly legit to exchange e mails with buyers after the sale is made.

Which in my opinion would be a big bonus on eBids part if they implimented it
