Got a front page listing I didnt ask for ?

Just got my invoice and was taken aback to find I had been charged £2.50 for a front page listing I hadnt sanctioned

15 items and all of a sudden the 4th Listing, number 86844414 is on the front page !!??

all the listings were posted using the 1st one as a template and just altering title and description for each item

So................why just one listing on the front page ?

if I had mistakenly pressed something surely all the listings after number 4 should have been on the front page also
(thank goodness they werent phew ! )

As this was my 1st set of listings for a good while I was paying extra attention to each one as I posted them so am certain
if I had pressed FP featured listing I would have seen it .....


anyone got any ideas or am I two an half quid out of pocket ??

IMHO you should contact support: support@ebid.net and explain the situation, they should be able to straighten this out for you.

I've had this happen when I clicked back on my browser to alter a listing before launching it instead of clicking eBid's edit button.

Management refunded that time.

Good news (cant find smilies but this one is smiling )Ebid support contacted me and have removed the £2.50

10 out of 10 for seller support Ebid !!
