Anybody who takes part in this who is currently only selling on eBay is obviously at least a little fed up of them. If we can get a few of them to know about eBid and give us a try then it will not do any harm at all.
One thing with this though is that we may also get a few who do try eBid but do so without taking into account that things are different on here. We may see a few more RUS listings and forum threads along the lines of 'I can't sell on eBid'.

What's important is to compare the market.
For instance a Colclough braganza milk jug on ebid has an asking price of £7.95 plus £3.35p postage.
Compare that to a much wider selection on ebay with prices ranging from £3.00 plus £2.20 postage
through to £9.99 plus £4.75p postage.
The vast majority being under £5.00 and around £3.00 postage.
Where would you shop.
Ebidders need to get their act together. Get lean and mean.
When we do that then you can have a compare the market campaign on facebook.
Including fee structure, Feedback, Support etc etc.

Nice one Pink. I have been banging on about the price differences on ebay-ebid for so long that I gave up.
It seems that many ebid sellers think that the site will be more attractive to buyers if they are more expensive than ebay?
The last time I raised the subject, I was deluged with people queing up to be outraged telling me that they could not sell for less, yet a quick look at their ebay sites proved otherwise.
TBH I think all the effort being thrown into boycotting ebay would be better spent simply undercutting them.
The pricing structure here makes it easy.
no one bangs on about ebid being more competitive than me and tells new sellers so
but thats not the point here is it which you ignore any action which gets ebids name out there is good for the site, if youd like a debate on sellers getting there act together you can join me when i advise new sellers were there going wrong

I have on occasion joined in and agreed, I don't know if it was you or not. I am sure Pink will agree that we (thats Pink and myself) have both taken part in the same sort of thread that you mention in the past.
You dont have to point exclamation marks at me, I am on your side.
It gets to the point where, personally I get rather tired of saying the same thing and getting the same response.
You know what they say? "if you keep doing the same thing and it hurts, stop doing it."
Everyone has own price I understand that, but that not mean…I must buy it…I check for all sites for exactly same items which I try to buy and I looking for cheapest price with shipping cheapest too…I buy a lot DVDs this day’s, my ‘’machine’’ can play any DVD from around the world…I never return any item I buy it in the past 12 years doesn’t matter what is…I always pay right away…I see usual stuff in here likes ‘’pink’’ but again everyone has own price and potential buyer can try MAO feature if exist in that item from the seller…if not you can’t do much about that…all is up to particular seller…
