    Default Invoice discrepancy

    Hello!
    I have just sent an invoice to my buyer who is in the USA. When I view the invoice in the After Auction Log, all is OK. However, the copy of the invoice which was e-mailed to me shows no shipping charge. How can I be sure that my buyer has received the correct version? Is this a common problem?

    I have noticed this as well & I'm certain that the client gets the correct invoice amount.
    However I can't remember now just what caused this at the time.

    Hello!
    Thanks for your posting. Support responded by assuring me that the buyer's invoice would be correct. They asked me to send them the incorrect e-mail version which I had received and assured me that they would investigate it. Meanwhile, my buyer has paid (correctly) so all seems to be well on this occasion.

    Thanks for getting back on this.
    I suppose I should have taken it up with support at the time it/they happened to me, but as the client/s paid correctly, I failed to follow it up.
    Hope support can work out why this happens.
