International shipping

My ebid items are based on Canada. I would like to ship my selling items world wide.
In my shipping defaults, I only have one shipping code, which includes International Shipping already.

However, when I view my selling item, In the Shipping Details drop down list, it only show Canada. How can I include the other places world wide?

That is odd as it looks like you have all the check boxes ticked for international shipping and everything filled in. Unfortunately, I don't use calculated shipping, so I don't know too much about it, (flat rate shipping, which I use, shows all locations shipped to in the drop down area). Hopefully someone who uses calculated shipping will be able to assist.
