Shops disappearing from About Me page

For 2 days my shops have disappeared from my About Me page overnight.

I noticed this the first time yesterday pm. I put them back online and all was okay but the same thing has happened again today. Do you want me to put the shops online again or leave everything as is?

Thought i'd check for a similar thread before starting a new one.

Logged in today to add a few more lines and found the add to store section greyed out when listing. I went to the my stores link and it said all of my stores were empty and offline. I have just opened them all again and repopulated them. Thankfully i only had about 25 items to add back into their respective stores and they were fine when i added new stock a few days ago, so not too much disturbance.
Now when i go into edit listing/view they are showing up in their respective stores, but still when i go back to the my stores link although it says all stores are online they all have (0) next to the title.

I've checked my non-business account which has over 200 items spread across stores and that one is all up and running fine with no disruption. Therefore from that and the above post, i'd assume that this is a somewhat sporadic issue with a selection of stores themselves and may take a little while to find the bug and resolve. If they close and drop stock again, i will leave it until i see a fix.

I had this happen to me a few months ago Gill. Had to contact support in the end as they kept disappearing. They seem to have been alright since then, touch wood.

Yes clearly a bug. I literally logged out and back in and they have all gone offline again *sigh*

If you can give us URLs to the pages with errors and point out the problems we will take a look.

Hi Gazza i can't really give you a link to the page because its my page that shows it when i'm logged in, so i imagine a link would only show you your account's equivalent of that page.

Basically i have 5 eBid stores on this account and all 5 show as being offline with no stock in them. I manually re-opened and repopulated them. I logged out and back in again and they have all reverted back to being closed. The stock itself is still active but all of my store links (in my sig) just go direct to 'all listings' because the stores are showing offline.

As admin i'd guess you have overall access to user accounts so logging into mine will show you the issue via the 'my eBid stores' link. It seems they drop back to offline every time i logout.

The fact that it is not happening to everyone made me class it as sporadic, but with 2 of us reporting issues and maybe others who have not yet spotted it, there must be some link.

Make that 3 of us reportinh the problem..... yust found my book book store off line and listings from it just in normal listings I.E. not in the store..... however once I put the store back on line all the 9 books "magically" reapeared in the store without hving to be put bake there by me.

Exactly the problem I was getting somer although my stores haven't disappeared since doing the bulk upload on the 15th.
